To protect the integrity and availability of our infrastructure while we are at reduced capacity over the Christmas period, we have implemented a Change Freeze. This means that we will not be making any significant updates or changes to our infrastructure during this period.
The Change Freeze is effective from Monday 23rd December 2024 at 8am, and ends on Thursday 2nd January 2025 at 9am. During this time, we may not be able to assist with certain Support Queries if it requires a change to the underlying infrastructure of our network.
Please note that this freeze is only applicable to low priority changes. Any security updates will be applied in a timely fashion.
