23rd March 2024

These are the release notes for the March 2024 tranche of updates. We actively update and maintain our software packages as well as infrastructure to keep your sites running as fast as possible.

The changes in this release are as follows:

• MariaDB Upgrade - We have upgraded MariaDB (MySQL) from version 10.6 to the latest stable release of 10.11. This brings performance and compatibility improvements.
• LiteSpeed Upgrade - We have upgraded the version of LiteSpeed Enterprise running on our servers from version 6.2 to 6.2.1.
• Wordpress CLI Upgrade - We have upgraded Wordpress CLI from version 2.9.0 to 2.10.0.
• DirectAdmin Upgrade - We have upgraded to the latest current release of DirectAdmin, from version 1.660 to 1.661.
• New PHP Availability - We have now installed PHP 8.3 cluster-wide, allowing you to select this version from within the PHP Selector module.

The above upgrades were performed in line with our regular patching schedule, and exclude other general maintenance patches, such as security updates and kernel updates which are performed regularly and in most cases, autonomously.

If you notice any issues in relation to the recent upgrades, please raise a support ticket.
